Zoran Ivanović founded Stratum Advisory to provide independent operational expertise to executives, boards, and investors navigating complex decisions in capital-intensive environments. With over three decades of hands-on experience, Zoran brings field-level insight into strategic and operational challenges where execution risk, governance gaps, and ESG requirements directly affect value.
His career spans operational leadership roles across Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Metals, and Energy sectors in Europe, the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), Central Asia and South America. He has led commissioning programs, managed large-scale operations, and delivered turnaround engagements in some of the world's most challenging industrial environments.
As former Operations Manager and Director of the company DPMA Serbia, Zoran was responsible for operational performance, safety culture, and organizational development across multiple industrial assets. He holds NEBOSH IGC certification and has deep expertise in HSE systems, operational readiness, and ESG integration.
